No Doubt’s members say that they approved their appearance in Band Hero for 3 songs, but Activision allows their avatars to be used in over 60 songs, and you can also pull out specific band members for mix-and-match play on other songs. Clearly No Doubt is upset about this, and aims to seek damages from Activision.
